    Google Adwords.

    So i recently broke down and decided to use my google adwords $100 promo card...

    They keep sending them too me so I figured why not...

    So started my campaign ... Yada, Yada, Yada

    (Which by the way, Took Forever to get and Ad to be approved. )
    Anyways, i found out that google adwords really isn't that great, unless you have thousands of dollars to blow. I get more traffic from juicyads then i did with adwords.

    It's so complex its annoying. All i wanted was a certain niche of traffic from the US... The rest i really didn't care about...

    Am i just being too picky? What has been your experience with google adwords?

              Correct, and i understand that... I also understand that google would be giving more clicks that are interested in my keywords and niche... rather then juicyads where people may just be clicking to just click...

                  I'm sure it gets easy after using it multiple times, but the cost of it is just crazy!

                      Well, every thread I have ever read about adwords since I started back in '02 basically states that it takes LOTS of trial and error to pin it down. Even if you know what you are doing. Your terms and their value (not in $$$ but the terms value to the surfer) changes not daily, but several times daily.

                                  It works, I just did the same thing, after years of 100 gift cards from google, I broke down, build documentaryufo.com and went at it. made me $0 but I enjoyed the build and still do.

                                      Its interesting how it works, and it's not like im loosing money (aside from the $5 to start)
                                      But i looked at my stats a few minutes ago and it seems to be doing better. I changed my ad a bit and now more keywords are triggering the ad.

                                          Are you talking Adwords, Or adsense?

                                          I notice that they allow adult ads for adwords to be listed on other sites, but when signing up for adsense it specifically says no adult content. I don't understand the whole thing with that...
