    ZOMBAIO ACCOUNT RESTRICTED..no warning no reason anybody else??

    Just woke up this lovely tuesday morning to log into zombaio and check status on payment and to my chagrin my account is restricted... anybody know what this is about?

    Are they about to walk with all of our monies....do they not want to allow me access to make screen shots...

    anybody else?

                                              The account is closed because your site www.saraswirls.com has been down for 48 hours, despite several notifications. Your recurring members are complaining and chargeing back. To restrict the account after 48hours is standard procedure.

                                              We are not holding any funds, funds will be paid as normal, but we will not rebill customers until the site is up and we see that there are no chargebacks due to the site being down.

                                                                                                  Surely there's some way you can come up with the money to get your website back online quick? If this happened to one of my websites I would borrow money or do whatever I had to do to make sure my website was back online as fast as I could. I would be worried about the paying customers that do not have access to material they have paid for. You have to play ahead and keep reserve funds for emergencies like this, processing problems aside...it all comes down to the CUSTOMERS...they provide the income. You seem to have great content and your website could be so much more than it is.

In any business if you are open and talk to your vendors they will work with you for a month or 2. I'm betting this is more than just 10 days, perhaps 2 months?

On top of that before checking your emails too (as it appears you missed their email ? )

                                                                                                                                                                      If you want to get anywhere in this business then start focusing more on your own business instead of the boards, it will benefit you a lot more in the long run.

                                                                                                                                                                      If you develop a more personal relationship to your providers they will also extend their services and help you more when you end up in a situation like this where you appear to have problems paying your bills and what-not.

                                                                                                                                                                      Your post count doesn't mean a lot to many of these companies, especially if you provide only negative feedback and comments.

                                                                                                                                                                                      They're known to be very accommodating on many things, I would imagine billing, too. I also imagine that is based on account history.

                                                                                                                                                                                      Having been there a few years and on dedicated, I imagine if I emailed because I was having a hard month they'd help out. If I did that every month or didn't even bother contacting them to let them know I'm in a jam then who knows...
