Nope.

The way I check this shit is to open my Email sent folder and click on the exact links that I listed in my DMCA's.

Most of the offending links are killed within 48 hours, but not the ones hosted by Oron.

Those links never die.
.

I'd like to do a test here........send me your links and I'll freebie DMCA them.

Email is on my website.

Nothing to hide and no problem with you asking, just seemed a little terse.

I prefer a minimal web footprint is all.

I wouldn't be so sure, technically WHOIS privacy is simply to stop automated gathering of details. It's not intended to completely hide the registrant. Some registrars make this clear but with others you'll only find out once someone kicks up a stink. Moniker, for example, forward you the complaint and say that if you don't resolve it in 5 days they'll release your info.

So Mutt, give it a go, maybe NSI will want to be net police too...

A Dmca 512 (h) subpoena, served via certified mail on Network Solutions, may also do this same thing.

I'm surprised they take it down. I'm pretty sure DMCA only applies to servers hosted in the US. Using the EU equivalent copyright directive might have a better effect?
