Disneyland?Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

If you take into an account the ratio between the number of wars entered vs the number of wars won, then US has very little to cheer about. Furthermore – given that the US army goes with tanks, unmanned helicopters, satellite guided missiles, billion dollar intelligence and what not against fighters who have no tanks, no unmanned helicopters, no satellite guided missiles, nor anything else to compare with the US, yet Americans got absolutely nowhere in years against them, then you couldn’t even call them useless or incapable cause you’d be giving the Americans way too much credit by doing so.Last edited by AAB; 08-19-2011, 06:58 PM.Comment

The smartest country is the one that is most self-contained, unencumbered with mutual defense treaties, technologically savvy, has their birthrates under control, and spending the money to educate and maintain the health of their populations.

They're not quite as repressed as the Amish. They usually have nice cars, cell phones, etc. They're hard working people like the Amish though. They do more before 8am than I do all week. Most of them speak at least two languages. The ones I knew were German so at home they spoke German, around town, English and some of their families settled in Mexico so many spoke Spanish too.
There are a lot of them in the midwest. Kansas, Missouri, Indiana especially. Usually around smaller towns. When I lived in SW Kansas they had bake sales every weekend at the local farmer's market. I actually had a Mennonite lady who would save me a peach pie every other weekend.I like pie.Comment
