Yes you should be worried. The act itself was very stupid but combine that with your ties to the adult industry and this makes it even worse. It was a dumb thing to do. I hope you at least apologized.

According to their terms you can't necessarily have your account suspended over this, especially since it involves a 3rd party site they don't own. Her complaints over her picture being posted without consent is another issue, however she would have to pursue it and that's not always an affordable thing to do.

You have to look at the twitter TOS to see if it address your specific issue. We have written to twitter before and they have pulled accounts that were impersonating etc
