    Raj ,thanks very much for you help. You cleared all my questions. Actually it does sound strange that i am so happy about customer service. Should be in place like rule.

    But agree that even in this strong competition customer service in even major companies sometimes and so rare to get. So i am happy some companies care.

                  Raj is awesome. If you want to get on his good side, and even better customer service or show your appreciation just send him chicken from Canada from 'Swiss Chalet'...... otherwise you're gonna have to take a # like at the butcher shop.
