    Proud Parenting?

    GFY Parents

Do your kids do anything out of the ordinary that make you proud in a weird way?

not given achievements like honor roll or doing something nice for someone, but maybe something others would find odd?

My 15 year old daughter has my quick wit and I get a kick out watch her snap back at people with witty one-liners and comebacks...

her and my son were arguing and so she posted on his FB wall "don't judge me, at least I don't like asian butt sex"

when he was making some profile changes, he listed his status and single and she retorted with "you will ALWAYS be single"

I had a couple odd proud moments...

My kids have made me extremely proud over the course of their lives and continue to do so on a regular basis. I feel very lucky to have ended up with the kids I did. Now this guy . . .

          that guy cracks me up...

my kids have done a lot to make me proud too, in the traditional proud ways, but little things like I mentioned are fun too...

things like my youngest son succeeding in the 45 second bread challenge and moderating an MMPORG forum (unbeknownst to almost anyone on the forum)
my 15 year old daughter winning a motorcycle race and punching out the kid who tried to crowd her into the wall during the race
