I quit taking my "meds" for a few days so I could transform into NegroDamus.

As in previous threads (http://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=278558) NegroDamus
is now taking over to post the future for you, once again.


NegroDamus :

The death of sponsors is already here but it will go even further.
But unlike my previous sky-falling predictions, this prediction is quite simple
because it only involves a couple of elements.

So how will a sponsor die!

Plain and Simple :

1. No hosted galleries
2. No hosted flv

There are not going to be very many affiliates that can compete by going to your
webmaster area and downloading clips/picture to upload onto their site.

Sorry, but that is just stupid these days.

Who is going to build a legit tube with 25k videos by downloading then uploading
25k videos?

Answer : Only an idiot would.

I don't download content, I crawl your content for content!

I crawl your hosted galleries for pics and videos.
I get the crawl data from the sponsors with decent gallery dumps.

I don't have time to mess around with it. It either works or I go to the next
sponsor.

Yes, there will always be some webmasters that still download content to
make a gallery because they always get listed on thehun. But not noobs.
Without noobs there is no growth!
Without growth there is only shrinkage in the business world.

The process by which affiliates will survive has only changed.

I've complained about poor gallery/flv dumps for years so sponsors have had
years to make a decent one.

I don't complain anymore to sponsors, I just sign up to the next guy.

One sponsor just asked that everyone submit photo ID before accessing
the webmaster content. I'm not going to do that, it's too easy to signup at
another sponsor and be done with it.

They are holding my money and I don' have their IDs; but they want my ID to
hold some videos.

And last but not least :

Some suck worst than my tube in video quality.

Did you try the "loop"?

The loop is the killer feature for porn.

Take a good cumshot video and click "loop" then drag the "start" and "end" tabs to
the exciting part. Now click slow motion and zoom in fullscreen.

If the video is pixelated or grainy after zoom then try the filters.

Use the arrow keys to move the video around after zoom; or you can "drag" the
video around in full screen.
(don't get dizzy if the camera shot is moving at the same time. LOL!)

I put the player on my tube site a few months ago and my bookmarks have doubled.
My bookmarks were static for more than 2 years before that.
I also moved the blacksonblondes videos to the top but I think it's the player since
those videos use the player and that's why I moved them to the top.

As many more sites struggle to stay profitable and there largest spend is on traffic, affiliates, changes are inevitable.

Either ratios go back to 2007 levels.

Or many sites die and the options for affiliates lessen and those remaining become saturated with affiliates. Then what will they do?

Or sponsors rely more and more on their own traffic generation, open a Tube site.

Or payouts alter so companies can continue to survive.

Affiliates and sponsors are unable to control the situation lie they used to. If the customers aren't prepared to pay for the system the system will kill itself.

Couldn't agree more, that has been a battle for us from day one! ok we have a semi-micro niche, but it is a solid niche that needs to feature more in the mainstream, it's hard to get affiliates to try us out, but when they do we absolutely bend over backwards to give them what they need no matter how big or small the affiliate.

To stop downloading video the best solution is to use Flash Media
Server with the player, with any player for that matter.
But there are still possibilities of screen captures.
