I'm sure some innocent people will be caught up in the attempts to stop piracy downloads. That's not the fault of those enforcing the law and protecting their livelyhoods. It's the fault of the pirates. If they don't want innocent people to get caught in the net, that should stop.

True. I can see the logic. The RIAA tried for years to sue people, it cost them billions, increased piracy through advertising the sites, and was totally and utterly a massive failure. Which they admitted, and stopped doing.
