I agree with you but I think you're going about it the wrong way. The question is why aren't these other pay sites doing anything about it? They are the most damaged party here. If they don't care then the best you can do is make sure you don't promote them.

I think we need to clarify what sponsor actually gives a shit about their content being promoted like this

they either want affiliates or they happy to have their content distributed anyways it can be

they either work with sites who are blatantly stealing content or they dont
