yes, they have cleaned up the *marketing* on and around venice. but it's always been a requirement to be a cali resident and show proof of that. and many dispensaries require cali ID, not just residency.

the doctor i went to was an MD who specialized in addiction. i went in for insomnia and stimulate an appetite. its not as laid back as people think it is. he asked some pretty serious questions. best $50 i ever spent btw.
