Of course, the main route of transmission is Vaccines; it's deliberate. That's why South Africa has the highest rate in Africa, as it has highest level of health care infrastructure in place

Looks like more than 56% are in Africa alone. Unfortunately, the US providing them with all the meds they need to stay alive gives them a free pass to spread this epidemic while we foot the bill.

Africa is more about clearing the land so as you can grab their resources. As Warren Buffet discovered it can create complications when people live on the oil you're after (i.e. Genocide in Darfur funded by PetroChina which he was investing in came back to haunt him)
