anyone run openvpn on their server to view hulu?
curious for people have a dedicated in the US, and live in another country and have openvpn setup.
how much resources does it take?

yeah I would not mind finding out myself .. could use it on my server as I right now reside in China where they block just about everything

I use commercial solution instead that crap,and it uses 0 resources.While i dont use it to view hulu i watching long videos a lot and all my local traffic goes over it.

I have openvpn running on 2 servers. Streaming hulu, other sites when I am abroad. It doesn't use up any resources.

I use openVPN but for slight different reasons than watching hulu (although I sometimes watch Youtube videos that are for US viewing only).
No significant performance impact on small VPS server, except for bandwidth |
