I live in, what is statistically, the UK's most deprived City.
Highest unemployment rates in the country, Bottom of the table for exam results. Highest percentage of underage pregnancies, fastest falling employment figures.
One of the housing estates has the highest poverty rate PPls than anywhere in Europe. My City has even been crowned the winner of the channel 4s Crap towns and has been voted the worst place in the country to live 2years in a row.

Ok 35% of the shops in our city center have shut down and are boarded up but guess what No Rioting.
A lot of People are poor here but you can walk the streets without getting shot stabbed mugged...
we have one of the lowest stabbing incident rates of any major city in the UK and we don't have a gun culture. So whats different here compared to London?

what does Latvia have to do with Putin? it's a european union country that was occupied by russia until 1991

Thank you for tipping me off because now I am going to notify the higher ups about this situation and make sure we expedite a 747 full of sub saharan Africans to your town. After all you need some hardcore in-your -face diversity or your human experience will not be complete. We will make sure they are given nice places to live, plenty of money, and we will even have our agents in your local government change the street signs so your new countrymen will feel more comfortable. If they rob, rape, or murder your daughters we will not give it proper media attention and in no time you little ants will forget all about it.
