Currently $2.18/K for English US/CA/UK/AU/NZ if you lower bid to minimum, not a bad price after looking around at some others, a lot advertise lower but once you geo it they shoot above $2.18
Mixed Niche geo filtered at Traffic Shop doesn't look bad either $1.97/K if sticking with those same countries US/CA/UK/AU/NZ.

FYI I contacted Rebel Ads and they bounced during the order process on ICQ, they seem to be promoting a white label feature for one of my sponsors, so likely conflict of interest.
The most professional company I've dealt with yet is ExoClick. Problem with there platform is very high min CPC which is 0.050. My funds exhausted quickly and I averages 1:100 for free cam signups.
