If you have no skills.. what would it cost to set up a paysite?

I'm thinking it's needed to purchase:

- Design
- CMS
- Payment integration
- Content

Let's just say that I have traffic down, if I wanted to open a site in a niche I can see there's not a lot of competition for - what budget range would I be looking at?

Prolly somewhere low/mid $xxxx range, but it also depends on quality I guess. Atleast thats what I found out so far.

You seriously are asking questions that are vague so that in order to create any dollar value requires more detail but here is a range that may help

- Design: ($500 to $15000) depending on site depth and integration etc.
- CMS: again varies as content management systems can range from cheap to overpriced
- Payment integration: look around but getting a merchant account can be costly but without any details again you can be paying 700$ to 70000$
- Content: You speak of niches but there are good deals but without how much content and what kind (video/pictures - plugin's - shoot it yourself or purchase rights limited etc) from $0 to 70000$ depending on exclusivity or whether you simply want to sign up for an affiliate program and don't want your own content that is unique - not to mention hosting or even marketing - SEO work - blogs etc

I hope you get the point in that your question is not specific enough and also doesn't include other necessities

I'm not looking to open an affilaite program, but rather utilize the traffic I've got. Payment integration would need to be CC, with the ability to rebill on a monthly basis ofc.

Hosting I have. Marketing I have down. SEO I have down. Blogs I have plenty of.

We have one that will work for you, fully installed on your server $2,750 to $3,750 approx. It's not some package job that has lots of restrictions of monthly payments.

You're asking a very vague question. so giving you a precise answer is hard. We're currently doing this for a client, with our content and we are getting $5,500. If his needs were simpler it could be less, if they were more complicated it could be more.

with these specifications, on the low side around 30k (depends on content, of course). And anything from there. Might be a little less if you agree for the content to be semi-exclusive and you don't mind having talent repeated across sets. Either way, I doubt you will be unable to find at least some non-ex sets on the niche you want, so maybe with 20-30 pix+vids sets + whatever amount of non-ex you may find you might get the ball rolling. And if you achieve this, maybe 20k might be enough, but you'll be really stretching things out
