I think work is work, no matter how easy or hard it is. If there's a mass of people asking for gallery templates, then I guess it must be worth something. btw, I doubt there are many gallery makers not involved in another sides of adult biz, like TGPing, AVS or whatever.

I admit, I stole a gallery once, but once I loaded it in FrontPage, I started fuckign aroudn with it, opened photoshop, made new banners/graphics/highlights etc etc. By the time I was done, it looked nothing like the origional, even teh thumbs were diferent sizes/placement. etc etc The only thing that was still the same was the general pattern to the html code, like he used some kind of weird WYSIWYG editor. Ironically, i got a good chunk of sales from it. Even though I found it at around the 75th position at thehun. When I submitted mine, I was listed alot higher.

I migth as well have just started from a blank page In frontpage, cause what I stole, was just thrown out for being too ugly and too bandwidth heavy.

I know this 9 year old girl (family) and she has her own domain, done the design herself, she updates it daily... guess what I consider her a wbmaster... she is a one-girl machine ;)

So true. Unless graphics are stolen, the designer can't do much to protect their galleries layout.

Theft is bad. Just because galleries/gallery submitting isn't valued highly, it can still be an *extremely* profitable business and it would be downright wrong to steal away from that just as any other business :2 cents:
