A bump for good news.

"The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry, two years earlier, released a report claiming that 95% percent of all music downloads were illegal: 40 billion+ songs to be exact."

Haha, I first read that as PORNOGRAPHIC. Was starting to wonder where this federation came from, and why it was researching music downloads.

Any word on other big file hosts drastically changing after the megaupload takedown?

**fris** · 01-30-2012, 07:47 AM

rapidshare is always up there, but they respond to take down notices right away.

**V_RocKs** · 01-30-2012, 07:50 AM

Scour was awesome!

**V_RocKs** · 01-30-2012, 07:54 AM

Limewire was cool too... Upload a virus as Norton 360 and watch it spread and spread and spread... Instant botnet.

Or name it as Chris.Brown.[insert song here].mp3.exe

Yeah, remember when you could make WMV-files open up the webbrowser? Good times.

hehe if only something could be done about the illegal tube sites, then we might get somewhere here :D

**porno jew** · 01-30-2012, 10:31 AM

seems like a bunch of new ones have moved into the void. if the feds stop prosecutions it will be back to business as usual next week.
