Hemp Hearts (shelled pot seeds). 5 TBS a day keeps the colon running! Lots of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. More protein than anything else in natural form.

Thats funny I had a slice of it when I was making seaweed soup!!! :)

If you care to know, seaweed soup is YUM YUM and it's easy to make. A few slides of seaweed + lettuces (optional and its tasty) + meat of your choice (marinated, ps. pork makes the soup sweeter so ground pork is a good choice) + boiled with a pot of water with chicken broth cube for about 25mins + salt and you are all set. :thumbsup

p.s. People always say that seaweed is something that you cant have none but you cant have too much.

That sounds pretty good. I make chicken a lot in the slow cooker and save the broth so usually I can make some soup anytime. It's a flavor I have to get used to (the seaweed), but I'm on a korean kick lately so will try it. I got hooked on some youtube videos and am slowly trying the recipes.

Your doctor that 'ok's' all your shit is as much as a quack as you are. What do you think happens when you take all those growth hormones when you have any cancer in your family genes?

all pot shots aside, I truly hope you stop taking supplements for everything. There is no argument, link or video you can come up with that can replace your organs.

the blood work speaks for itself, it nothing it being effected by my whopping 2 protein shakes a day w/ 5 grams of creatinethen im not going to stop. growth hormones? im not on hgh or anything of the like...so i dont know where you are getting that from.

Define strange. It varies for sure from culture to culture. Tell an Indian to eat a steak and he would find that strange.

Far-L 08-02-2011 03:12 PM

Yamakake with salmon eggs... (japanese mountain potato, nagaimo, which is like a cross between a potato and okra)

sushi places usually serve it with chunks of tuna

Probably some of the fake meat products I eat honestly.

I am no expert, but I think you are meant to eat ones with no salt if you are doing for health reasons. Otherwise, aren't you just eating shit loads of salt?

Sid70 08-03-2011 07:23 AM

Coffee Costa, Greggs, wait, what?

Overload 08-03-2011 07:37 AM

goat cheese ... pickled in sunflower oil with italian herbs and garlic served with pide (turkish bread) and mild chilies ... yum

This makes me feel so boring. The most "strange" thing I eat on a regular basis is tofu, and that's kind of a stretch.

candyflip 08-03-2011 10:16 AM

The Garbage Plate. I eat one of these at least once a week. More whenever possible.

Strange and on a regular basis? Hmm.. I had some seaweed last night. Has good vitamins A and C with an aroma and flavor that reminds you, not surprisingly, of the ocean. I think I can work a little of that into a lot of things I cook. Not too strange for a lot of the world, but for me it's new and strange still.

I love sweet seaweed thats been dried to a crisp. :thumbsup
