Selling Hosting Company w/ Clients
Here's the deal....
We own different brands of hosting companies, and they service different markets or niches (Blogs, VPS, SEO, among other). Working this angle has been very beneficial to help in our marketing and rapid growth in the hosting space. That being said, we have a niche we are no longer interested in developing ourselves and looking to sell this off.
We will continue to refer clients that fit this company's target audience to you, as we simply do not want them. A year ago we literally had between 100-200 servers with this niche. But we opted to go after some of the bigger fish in some other segments that better fit our long term goals and objectives. With the change in focus, have essentially stopped working this market, however there is still a demand and business to be had (including us sending referrals). Right now we have just been turning that business away and not taking on new.
We can basically hold your little hand and show you the ropes on this, and sell off this company to you. We will continue to send you sales, and my support guys can help you to some degree on things you need to know. I will give you a crash course on how to deal with this client segment, and you can easily make some decent money if you do it right.
Revenue:
You would make between $50-200.00 per server.
I prefer to work with someone North Amercian. We can stay on to help you for a period of time, and will also be referring some clients to you that we simply do not fit out target business. You can work out a referral or kick back to us for doing it on a per server/mo. basis. I do not use Skype, or AIM.

We have also developed inventory and IP/network monitoring software that may be of use to you as well, and can license to you. This will help you keep your server inventory and providers straight, plus it will let you know what all of your clients are doing in regards to the network monitor. No matter where they are hosted, you get a daily report of their IP space sent to you daily to help control abuse.
Additionally, it would help you to have a decent credit history as you will most likely need a merchant account for long term growth. We can refer you over to one of the guy's we use and can recommend. At some point, you are simply pushing too much sales volume to realistically use Paypal or alike.
