    How to stop annoying Trillian messages?

    Every fucking other minute I get a popup that reads

    SomeAnnoyingRussianFuck has requested permission to add you to their contact list
    I may be a little brain dead, but I can't figure out how to turn those off... anyone know?

                      im seriously considering it. if I dont have IM on for a few days my whole screen fills up with requests. I might just go back to loading up AIM, Yahoo and ICQ separately
