                                  it really is a good program if you take the time to use it wisely...

                                  what i do is i have a spreadsheet that i build the articles in, 3 paragraphs 5 senteces each and then write a variation or 2 of each sentence... i have this spreadsheet concatenate the full article, including the tags for spinning in AMR and then past it into the program... then i do a bit of single word spinning with the thesaurus program built in

                                  also do this for the resource box switching up the anchor text and the landing page

                                  using this method you can get roughly 1,000 variations of your article that won't be flagged as duplicate content...

                                  of course i only submit to about 100 sites at a time, tracking which ones get picked up

                                  also let's you schedule submissions for natural link building
