Yup, Poser Pro 2010 postwork with picture publisher. (should really switch to photoshop)

The first pic is part of a set. So, since the setup and lighting already was done, about 15min

The second one is a few years old... i guess it was some hours..

The third one is based on a older render, i just added the rats and changed the lighting.
About 3 hours (mostly spent with test renders for light and atmosphere)
