Paxum - error: B.O.Exception

Anyone else get this error when adding funds via ach? Some of our ACH deposits go though and other we get this error after waiting 10 days for the funds to be added.

Paxum tells us to try again. We try again and some go through and other do not. Can't get any explanation from Paxum. Hoping someone here has some additional information.

I recieved this same error. I was told that I tried to deposit funds TWICE, and that one was ok, and the other got this message. I KNOW that I only did it once. I am glad that I am not the only one getting this message and that it can get fixed, and hopefully at the same time that the ACH delay will be improved on.
