Wars don't cause bloated defense budgets, btw.

A bunch of lowlifes.

/sarcasm (but it proves my point...everybody wants something else cut but not anything they benefit from)

Every country should take care of it's veterans, yes I saw the sarcasm

Is there anything anyone could say that you can't come up with a comeback blaming Obama for?

Can you say anything positive about him, I was just thinking about the 9.2% unemployment rate, it if were lower, the government would be getting more tax revenue, and they wouldn't have to raise the debt ceiling

Wars don't help, after the cold war, it should have been reduced

I can say plenty of great things about him. Obama is going to go down in history as one of the greatest US presidents.

Yes, he caused the price of oil to drop $20 since you last brought it up!

Too bad Obama has about as much to do with this as he does the price of oil. :winkwink:

The wind-down of the War in Vietnam and the loss of tax revenue from the military-industrial complex supporting employment and consuming the military expenditures.

Also, Richard Nixon's two devaluations of the dollar and the subsequent abandonment of the Bretton-Woods Agreements of 1944

Basically, the US dollar was no longer a reserve currency that could be converted to gold at $35.00 an ounce when gold on the free market was selling for $75.00.
