Fresh new FHGs work best for me.

On the contrary, all sponsor banners did nearly no sale for me compare to just take screenshot of the site and add short plain text there.

We do indeed have 5 minute clips available on request. Would it help to get them in the stats?

We have RSS feeds that many affiliates are using to build blogs. Has anybody had issues with those?

Is there anything missing from the list?

Yes it would.
As many 3min and 5 min as you can.

Shouldn't be a custom request thing. FLVs for every single scene should be available in the aff area.

Sites that convert. That's the first thing to focus on. I don't care if you have 500000 FHGs if your sites don't convert. Make sure you understand your niche when you design a tour. Create multiple tours so affiliates can use the one that best matches their traffic. when you redesign a site, make sure the old tour is still available. Billing, get that right. If you can't bill a French nun or Irish soldier or Canadian schoolteacher, there's no point in asking us to send you traffic.
