Some scripts you just log in as the admin user. Surely in one of the files there is a reference to the script by name and a copyright in commented code.

Have you actually opened any of the files and looked at them in a text editor ?

Presumably you haven't actually bought a license for the script, whatever it is, because that should have been provided in the sale if the license is transferable.

believe me i have been in every file looking for a reference that's why im asking here i don't want to use anything that does not belong to me i was told it was a custom script

You have just answered your own question, if it's a custom script then none of us are likely to be able to identify it unless someone has had a similar custom script coded by the same programmer.

A couple of points though, it's unlikely that a low cost website would have a custom script. With that in mind you should contact the seller of the site for more information.

Secondly, if the script is indeed a custom script, how do you assess whether it is safe to upload to your server ? Does it require hardening ? You really should know what you are placing script wise on your server - for all you know you just uploaded a directory full of backdoors into your system.
