The best tool I have found so far for SEO and blogging on the Mac is VMWare Fusion. Then I can run Windows apps and get some work done.

I use SEORankyLite, I think that you can find it in the app store. It's free and let's you track keywords/alexa/...

I use Market Samurai already.
I've seen people reccomend SEO Power Suite, I'm not sure how much it overlaps with Market Samurai though. |
