MojoHost to host "MojoHost Happy Hours" at The European Summit - GoFuckYourself.com

OK Brad, I started at the gym when I got back from SF. I got a Nutritionalist and a Personal Trainer. The gym is across the street, I'm even a beta tester for the droid version of the loseit app, they already have it on iphone. It keeps track of my progress and my trainer can keep tabs on me on her phone. Already lost some weight.

All because you promised me one of those shirts!

Back hurt from the weight training, but I'm pushing forward with just cardio till it completely passes. That week I was in SF and the rest of the week, was about the best I've had in a long time, so it's time to step up my game. No beer at the parties, just my spiced rum and diet coke, LOL
