    Just read this interesting article about the states that watched the most VOD in May:

                                  #8 = Utah
                                  #9 = California
                                  #10 = Florida

                                              The advertising sample size will increase with time as the ad campaign is relatively new so the ranking may vary in time.

                                              My ranking was based on the number of page views as the OP had said "the horniest states."
