        tommy, when a program is a year out of date, doesnt have updates, doesnt seems to have anything going on, its generally useless to use the support form to try to get support.

        now, can you answer the questions regarding the traffic leaks on the tours?

                                After reviewing this issue with Sunny, we've decided to remove the links to her blog and store for all affiliate traffic.

                                In addition, galleries have been updated and we'd be happy to make custom promo tools for any affiliates who are in a position to send traffic.

                                    Two BIG steps in the right direction.
                                    1) Addressing the issue with lack of promo gallery updates (though hard to fathom no one noticed they weren't updating for all that time)
                                    2) Removing traffic leaks

                                    That just leaves one more thing, a no cross-sale link code option.

                                        How pleasant. CHC Tommy had the proper reaction, Sunny did not.

                                        Would love to hear Sunny come back and admit she was in the wrong. Seems like she always defends herself fiercely, and there is nothing wrong with that.. but I think the thread starter was entirely on point.

                                        I seem to recall a similar "I can do no wrong" reaction out of Sunny whenever she decided to stop paying the girl who was doing her website and seo. Owed her somewhere around 7 grand If I recall correctly. I don't remember hearing the resolution of that situation either. Got her the keywords she was after too. Anyone know if she ever got paid?

                                        All I remember was that Sunny's reaction to the situation was total ignorance. Hope the girl got paid in the end.

                                                                I think all issues raised have been resolved in this thread, however I would like to say a couple of things regarding Sunny.

                                                                1. Her original response was totally appropriate as the OP made it sound like the site itself was not being updated, which wasn't the case. Other peeps in the thread thought the same thing.

                                                                2. Sunny is one of the hardest working and most intelligent girls in the biz. Truly a pleasure to work with.

                                                                3. Whether you like her (we love her) or not, that is absolutely the REAL Sunny posting

                                                                CHC is undergoing some dramatic changes/improvements which have been in the works for a while. This did lead to a lag in the gallery postings and in general, a slowdown of new bells and whistles. That was our bad...but some great things coming down the pipe very soon. Stay tuned...

                                                                In the meantime, if anyone needs anything, our team is standing by. Just e-mail CHC Tommy....not me ;)
