Why? They're all ICANN accredited anyway, and we all know that VeriSign operates with .com and .net. -- Both are from the US anyway. So what's the point?

            Cayman.

Why not try google? Or is that "beyond your brain level?" You've been here since 2002, you should know the drill.

Do they actually have hosting, like the servers, in the Caymans?

I love the islands...but come on, the 'net sux unless you're paying out the ass. Then bw/infrastructure wise, that seems rather high risk. I'm sure a few near the mainlands are fine, but Cayman Island is kinda in the middle of nowhere. I guess I never thought any of these islands hosted anything, it's not like IT jobs popup on the radar much if any across the entire Caribbean.

Now that I think about it a few islands do have fiber ran to them, but most use satellite or the mobile towers - not what we would call stable. I'm sure a few island tower hop, but that's like max 200 miles and the earth curvature takes over.

It appears the company is at least... A trace route takes them down to Argentina.

Sure, hosting porn on a fanatically Christian and intolerant island is a great idea. Some good thinking there.
