I haven't sold any paysites, I've bought many though.
Most I got for a domain was $10k for jelli.com 5+years ago, I sold it to the woman who designed the google logo. She sat with it for a few years and sold it to an online radio start up for $15k.Kenny -at- YourPaysitePartner.com

Considering Lensman sold his whole company for $9 million, I doubt if many got rich selling sites. It included more than his sites and him working for Playboy and bringing the team.
If it's to be believed!!!!! The biggest winners selling sites of domains was Mansef, selling to Manwin for $100 million.
