CCBill's Rate for HARD Products?

HI

Can anyone confirm CCBill's processing rate for hard products? As in DVDs etc...
Anyone from CCBill here?

My rep said 15% but others are saying that is not the rate...

I am looking for a total out the door everyone took their piece of the cheese for under 8-9%

We're using it on one of our sites. It's the same as your membership subscription, based on volume processed.

The percentage is of the gross sale. Therefore, make sure you price your products accordingly.

Did you ever notice: When you put the 2 words 'The' and 'IRS' together it spells 'Theirs.'

Dang, that's an insane rate.

I'm not too familiar with CCBill, but what do they give you different from 1.9%-3% rate merchant accounts?

That's what I thought. Its not a doable rate unfortunately. I wanted to add them for a new site to develop an affiliate program but between their rate and reasonable affiliate cut there would be no profit.

I wish I could find a processor at a more usual and customary rate for dvds who also have a decent affiliate program available for use.

I've learned CCBill MAY be able to negotiate a better rate for us... I am hoping so as NetBilling is still out to lunch...

Has anyone else had any issues with Netbilling and oscommerce shopping cart?

I am just trying to get gateway resolved so repeat customers stop getting rejected or having a touch time. Seems to be too much to ask at this point...

Please post CCBill rate when done with negotiations.

Having a site "talk back" may be your side of programming... have you considered a different programmer to perform the talk back?

I think if a company says they will integrate with a cart they post on their site as working with their software...its on them to integrate...

I have SignatureCard and Moneris processing tangible adult products; DVDs, sex toys and porn star memorabilia on various shopping carts. Signature Card uses the AuthorizeNet gateway module available for osCommerce, ZenCart, Magento, etc. Moneris uses the LinkPoint module for the respective shopping cart. I've never had any problems with the gateways.

CCBILL uses Vantage Payments for their tangibles. I heard it was 10%, but I'm not sure if that includes adult tangibles.
