It means that people in Utah love porn. There was a case a while back in Utah and during it the defense pointed out that people in Utah buy pay per view porn at a rate of 6times the national average. Like many conservative areas in this country they are kind of oppressed, but they still crave porn so they get online and go crazy.

yep. The case I mention in my post above came about because a guy that owned a video rental store had about a dozen adult titles for rent. The boxes where behind the counter and you had to show ID and go to a private area to choose the videos so the general public didn't have access to them. Still he was arrested and tried twice (the first time ended with a hung jury). During the second trial his lawyer found out about how much pay per view porn was purchased and argued that the community can't be outraged by these movies if they community is buying porn at 6 times the national average. The guy won, but he was bankrupted by the trial so he really lost.

It is possible. I would love to see the stats of how many people in Utah surf tube sites on a regular basis. This case was a few years back before tube sites got big and took everything over.
