You can get HSV-1 on your penis from a blowjob, although from what I've been told it isn't as serious as HSV-2. I'm not a doctor, though, so I'm not sure if this is a completely factual statement.

But yeah, you can get pretty much anything you would have gotten otherwise from a blowjob. It's just less likely overall.
