Konnichiwa bitches!!! That video was fucking hysterical. You got to hand it to K-Swiss, lately they have been running a bunch of commercials with Urijah Faber from the UFC (he was also in the Kenny Powers video for a bit), so hitching your wagons to UFC fighters instead of the normal basketball players is a hell of a way to stand out from the pack. They probably took the money they would have spent running commercials on TV and sunk it into production costs of the video, and are expecting it to go viral, which it can't help but to do.
I wonder if a lot more companies will go this route now. I DVR everything and rarely ever watch live TV anymore unless it's sports, so I hardly ever see a commercial on TV. Why spend money on TV spots when less and less people are watching live TV?
