Amerinoc Support!
I am just totally fucked up with amerinoc support ( junior staff)
One of my server is down from last 3 hours and even after written an email to their emergency email address no response at all. This 3 hour time is what i am aware of it when i was in front of my PC and it was down for almost 4 hours according to my alert service. I try to contact amerinoc but no response at all. They never pick up their emergency phone number so whats the point to list on site.. their night staff is full piece of shits....... Live support say they are online but they never ever replied. Thei day ( chris eastman , mike wessen ) staff are very good i have got no complain for it but agian night stuaf is just a piece of shit... now i am waiting for almost 3 hours to get a reply from them and still waiting....

Uh that does not sound like the experiences I have had with them. They've always been top notch on everything for me.

I have over 50 sites hosted with them and can’t complain. Support is great if needed, never had any problems with them.

Yea finally after exatly 4 hours..... agian have to mentioned they should hire more good technician like Chris Eastman and Mike Wessen, there is no point to give night shift to junior people who pass ticket to senior and unable to help
