I don't know of any billing company that will write you a script to do the integration Maxim.
No wonder they aren't getting back to you.

Yes, after a week of calls you at last organized a call with a person who new what to do.
We then changed the directory structure of our site and installed your script / code.
We then needed the URLs to send the joins to your site. I e-mailed your tech guy.
No Reply.
I phoned your telephone, answering machine, no call back
Daniel said she was in the States and could be contacted in the evening, but she also says that she is not the person we need to talk to.
I repeated this for the last two weeks
In the end Guy e-mailed me telling me to contact my host provider to answer a tech question. Which they say is their problem.
Interesting that they are quicker to reply here than there are to reply to me directly.

Try CCBILL, 24 hour 7 day a week service, I had a problem with our join page, rang CCBILL Sunday morning (In the night for CCBILL ) the guy was polite, we went into the folders, re installed a file and problem solved.

Let your rep know you want to add GA's phone and SMS billing to your cascade, you sign up on GA's site www.Global-Acces.com and give CC Bill your GA account info. You can also block US traffic so just your international traffic cascades to the phone/sms. Btw, GA is paying $6 per SMS in the UK.
I am no longer contracted to GA to promote them, but their solution makes sense. If you need anything from them, I can make it happen, and integration is super easy, especially with CC Bill.
