.xxx is sponsored. They can change their rules as they see fit. If they think they can make more cash at $2000.00 price point and have less overhead they will.

The current fees are ridiculous.

ICM says they don't want any regulation, but if this thing turns out to be a bust with nobody buying them you know they will push for some kind of legislation that will require it. They have spent millions to get to this point and just dropped another 8 million in their deal with McCafee, you know they won't just go quietly in the night if people don't buy them.

If they think (with the state of the net and domaining) everyone is going to replace/duplicate all their adult sites (each one) with a .xxx they're smoking crack. LOL

I am dumping most of my adult stuff right now, and will probably buy ONE .xxx. I'm not going to create more domain bills, fuck all that.

Smoke and mirrors. Facebook the most blocked site in the world at the workplace. Yes it is. That's one site to block. At home or work.

Block .XXX and you blocked out EVERY FUCKING SITE THAT PAID MONEY. And it can be done at the local level, computer, to ISP.

I also noticed the whole Government Lobbying was pushed aside for .XXX, but we know where this is all headed. "For the safety of the children".

Are we counting on people at work to join our porn sites? lol come on now.

I don't know if some of you so adamantly following the .xxx saga have read up on the future of social networking and google, domains etc, the pool is getting bigger everyday and many url's are quickly fading into the distant land of far off deep pages in google....

So being against this is like, futile. Domains are turning into like phone numbers with niched area codes, there is no avoiding it.

I do know people are worried mostly about sites they own and legislation.... by the time that happens anyone who is smart about planning ahead will make do and evolve.

I welcome a .xxx... let computers by default come with filter on like google safe search... it will take about five seconds for a cock wielding male to figure it out! LOL

The sky isn't falling... but some people are holding onto the ground that is sinking for dear life. Diversify has ALWAYS been the name of this game yo!

and wait I just saw, you are a FB hater too? lol neener neener well I prefer (mainstream) marketing there so blocking it wouldn't work too well. lol

Really? How did you arrive at that conclusion? Are you ESL or something?

Lloyd would you ever accept ICM as a sponsor of your photo coverage of the webmaster shows? Just wondering.

I have turned them down on multiple occasions. :2 cents:

I expect as soon as .XXX goes live this fall or whenever the rash of countries stepping up to ban it will make it seem fairly worthless, imo.

The new waves of attack on adult in UK and EU are just the beginning.... does anyone else think that way?

Protecting kids from porn is the parents responsibility. Its been that way for hundreds or thousands of years, as in Asian erotic arts and whatever dick pictures cavemen drew on walls...

This is a money grab with a backhand to controlling adult, imo.
