The gfy user Sunny Day was Sally Rand's long time friend, neighbor and business partner who claims Sally ripped him off. He confirmed in that thread that Sally Rand is indeed a senior male pretending to be female.

There's been more than enough evidence from several independent third parties referenced. This has been quite sufficient in hanging other scammers who have been outed on GFY in the past. GFY isn't a court, Sally Rand aka Marion Lynn aka Nick Danger has been well and truly busted.

2. At least 3 (independent of eachother) anti spam sites.
3. A documented history on news.admin.net-abuse.email
4. Reports by people, independent of all the above they have been scammed by him.
5. The linked discovery of several different online identities created by him.
6. Reports by others and his own postings on his local newspaper's website.

There has been so much material found about this guy, from numerous unrelated sources, that it can be certainly established that Sally Rand is someone to avoid.

No I haven't personally done business with him, I wouldn't because I research almost anyone I do business with and the most basic, rudimentary and cursory research into this guy would set alarm bells ringing in anyone with basic common sense.

I have yet to see any proof...none...that he is a scammer. I have seen accusations and accusations are not proof...they are what they are...accusations.

If active involvement in stock pump and dump spam isn't proof enough of someone being a scammer then I don't know what is.

By Sally Rands own words, he is dodgy. He has been forced, by others, into admitting his involvement with people such as Bill Waggoner. He even admits his involvement with Bill Waggoner in this thread.
