That's what the money is for. Oh by the way, gas taxes are collect by the STATE and FEDERAL governments. So of course LOCAL governments wouldn't budget for it since they don't collect the money.Comment

I pay about 60 cents in tax per gallon (flat tax) in Chicago. When I filled up yesterday, 10 gallons cost me ~ 41$.Comment
