I cash all checks immediately... no matter how big the company... even if they are traded on NASDAQ...

Especially if they are traded on NASDAQ!

Generally if it does not state on the check 30-60-90 days it does not not really have an expiration

But many banks consider it stale dated at 180 days and reserved the right to bounce them.
