Raise your hand if you're getting ICQ's from ___________________ trying to take advantage of this situation.

EVERY HOST has some downtime, it's an issue ya just gotta deal with from time to time, but using that downtime to try and snake clients away, not cool in my book.

Ok 1hour 13 mins-ish later My sites are back up as normal by looks of things :)

The only possible way I can think of for this to happen, is if you happened to move from another server at some point, and your data/ips still were configured there, and re-mounted on reboot when things came back up.

Circuit 0968 showing "21" customers affected in the Sorrento/ Mira Mesa/ Scripps Ranch area. In this case, looks like one of those customers handles many thousands of Web sites!

I think that's the same with half my contact list, people that used to LIVE on ICQ were last seen X months ago.

AmeriNOC = SOLID! I am sure if this same issue happened to most hosts, they'd still be flat on their backs. Fuck the dudes trying to take advantage of this situation.

No it doesn't happen often. I've been with many hosts before and Amerinoc is the BEST hosting company I've been with. Very professional and very quick. These guys bring much needed professionalism in the hosting biz.

Been with them 12+ years now and this is the longest I've ever been down... IMO best hosting on the net :thumbsup

I agree, been with them for around 8 or so years this is the longest downtime I have had so far, but any downtime is bad either way.

Well I'll give amerinoc another chance, I've been with quite a few hosts in the past and I like amerinocs support the most. Also I really can't be bothered to keep moving hosts. I wouldn't say I've found the perfect hosts yet but I really don't think there is a perfect host.

I've only been with them for a month or 2 and having downtime this soon after joining doesn't make me feel good. The reason I moved was because my other hosts had unforgivable downtime. Oh well just my luck :)

Things will happen once in a blue moon, not worried at all actually. I'm with Amerinoc to stay because at the end of the day, they are amazingly good at what they do!

My 2st month with ameriNOC and this happens...its funny because it is my 2nd month's bill came in today. Everybody says they are good so hopefully they will figure out a way to avoid this nonsense.
