Referral Fees

Periods of Payment of referral fees are made seven business days after the period is closed. Periods run from the 1st – through the 15th and the 16th – 31st of each month if you have earned at least one hundred dollars ($100.00).

so payment is twice a month, ok as I reach minimum on 13th I haven't received payout till now does it mean I should wait till 24th according to the seven business day term
