The last movie sucked so bad I wasnt too excited to see this new third one this summer.. But this clip is making me want to see it now..

Pretty cool..

I loved the transformers growing up and the first movie I really enjoyed. Hopefully this new one will be entertaining. This clip makes it look worth the watch. Pretty cool indeed.

It's cool for so many reasons:

- It's "this close" to actually flying.
- It's never been done in a city before
- It looks fun as hell (more exciting that sky diving)

Can't wait to see it. After the incredible let down of Transformers 2 anything will be good I suppose, but this is almost a whole new level of wow.

Looks like it will be 10 times better.. I think in number 2 they tried to appeal to an audience that did not like the first one and ended up fucking up a good movie.

There's been a little bit of a renaissance of practical effects in movies lately. I think the backlash against CG everything is finally happening.

I watched The Sorcerer's Apprentice this weekend on DVD, and watched the extras also. I was pretty shocked to see that a lot of the effects were done in camera using old-school tricks(with a little CG).

The final scene in Fast Five was all metal on metal car crashes with very little or no CG.

i'm with you, the first one was cheesy but fun and enjoyed it. i was looking forward to the second one but really turned me off, except for the major fight scene at the end. that was the only good thing about it.

honestly the fan in me that loved them growing up will make me go see the third one nad hope for the best
