omg... turn them to the left, after you close it. Those are window locks.

I cant make the window go down... its just stuck! its still open; I am trying to close it down!

If its locked in place you probably have sliding latches at the bottom of the window frame, pull them towards each other.

How do you pull it so it goes down??

I put the lever to the RIGHT so now its not locked but it wont go down

shake it, loosen it, pull it down. maybe it's stuck.

Looks like a tilt in window with the panes reversed. Check the top of the inside pane near the locks for finger holes. Put your fingers in the holes and slide them towards the center of the window to unlock it and tilt the inside pane in. Then slide the inside pane almost all the way to the bottom. Now slide the outside pane all the way to the top. Tilt the lower pane back into place so the locks snap back in. Slide the inside pane all the way down, lock the window and go to bed.

Should be one on each side... pull them towards each other.

I don't think its that type of window... its not tilted. I could not find fingerholes..

its a straight window where you list lift the glass up and down, now i cant lift it down

before i used windows where you slide from left to right

you can only "pull" something down.
