Help me to get rich.

Guys, help me out - I'm 34 - I'm a hard worker. Obviously making sites, banners or drawing won't make me millionaire. Yes I can pay my bills for now, but I need something more.
I was working as web designer, (for 3 years or something) was project manager- worked with different guys, met cool people online and in person. I managed to save a small amount of cash on side, and my dreams started to get bigger - my own biz, my own way. I found a guy and decided to start doing business with him as partner. One of my ex clients told me: There's no money in porn, go with online trading.
We tried with on-line trading 2 years ago, but did not choose the right moment and the crisis hit me so hard - I'm still feeling the consequences /also - bad partners, bad investments/. Because my partner wanted to make more risky steps, I decided to leave this partnership - so I don't have to loose my home. Left completely broke.
I kept one of my contacts - hardworking manager from Taiwan, she moved into China to work there (because of the opportunities) - we started to think what to sell - we thought about selling handbags, sportswear. There was an earthquake in China. I lost contacts with her. Then she appeared - she's fine, she was in Taiwan :-) Anyway - Trying to sell handbags seemed not to be good idea - there are plenty web shops who sells fakes. There's law in some countries and a risk if you try selling /for example: Air Jordan - for 12bucks - which is not obviously Air Jordan/ , could lead you to the jail - and selling "original" stuff from China named : XianGiao or something won't lead to success. That talk lead to a very, very long delay with the communication between us. She's doing her stuff, I'm back to website designing.

I was working in a company 9 years ago - and there I had to speak with a 60 or something years old lady - she wanted a site - she was doing basket presents for pets. What a crazy idea! The whole team laughed at it. You had to see the photos - crappy baskets, crappy paper, and the lady wanted to sell these for 60 bucks each. She also offered discounts for regulars. I don't know what happened to her. Probably she didn't made it - but as I like to say: Every train has it's own passengers. And she was from New Orleans - there was nature disasters time ago as you remember. Why am I saying her story ? Because she was enterprising. Yes, that's not the classic story of success - but this has to give the idea of what I want - I want to do something to get rich. Yes - everybody wants it - but no one's saying it, right ?
Right now I'm back to starting position. Looking to do something which will lead me to make more cash per month. One of the things I do is drawing - that's my hobby. Some guys won't like it , but I'm pretty sure that there's guys who would find "my baskets" "ooosum" Every train has it's own passengers.

All the above should explain that I did not stood like a brick through the years. I tried. Also I found something very cool - when I was "playing" businessman 2 years ago I found traveling in different countries cool - and meeting people in person is very, very cool.
For all the guys who stands all the time in front of the monitor/like me at moment/ - THERE's another world outside! Also ....there's 10% better chance to get laid if you get outside...

Anyway..... here's what I do.

I do websites - most of them are porn sites.... how surprising
I draw naughty drawings and animations - see yourself
I draw for fun - at all - see that too if you like

I was thinking of making a pay site to show my naughty drawings for pay per month, but I read too many articles at gfy how the porn is dying so I'm wondering what's not dying.
This is dying, that's dying.... Can we offer more optimistic idea ? Something that does not include death ? There are guys here who's making 400 k per month, they don't think of dying. Their eyes are on target, right? So ...

Gfy, guys - I'd like to have your ideas or proposals.

P.S. I'd like to have the advice or response of people who actually made it, people with money - rich people.

Hi there - I see the wisdom in your words and thank you for that. Yes, I did them all. Single handed. Thanks once again. And yes I do like fit babes. Not bodybuilders alike, but in better shape.... That happened after my project for Denise Masino... and you're right on spot I should do some more babes not so to tough.

Hi - drawing from reference you mean. This is not my strong side - not that I did not tried - check out the result , and the girl I used as reference . If you think the result is okay - then the answer is Yes - I can do that.
There's a list of things I just don't draw - there's one way to find out - send me your specification - so we can see whether I'd do that or no. You still can check out what I'd do on my specification page on my blog.

Hi Captain Kawaii - I'm not very familiar with that tube thing - although I did ads for some tube sites... don't get me wrong - I'm open to learn new things for sure - just not sure what's needed to do that - I'm completely ignorant on that - so far my role was to speak with clients and make them so happy they even pay me for that (most of the whores do that, but I'm not sure their role can be described as "creative", maybe they create pleasure).

Anyway - probably I should acknowledge myself reading some articles or similar so I get to know more about these tube sites and how to make them work for me.

Sorry if my posts are too long - but on first I mentioned what I did, what I do, and below my signature are the things I do. Anyway - I will post - without the intention to be smart ass.
- I was project manager - that's pretty useful position for some companies. The role of that guy/or at least my role/ was to be "bridge" between developing team, designing team and clients. To speak with clients - advising them, convincing them and leading the projects to successful end. Talking sells. Very useful people - happy clients usually recommend other clients to use the services of the manager who was working with them.
Many clients, mo' money for the rich people.
- I was and still I am web designer - now one man company - the designers are pretty useful to companies because they are taking care of aesthetics - the look of their products, sites, they are taking care of presentations, advertising campaigns. More skills and abilities the better. Very useful people. The look sells. Designers are taking of that look. More sells - more money for people.
- I'm drawing from a recent time - I mean I'm possessing tablet from 6 and a half months.
And I don't have to waste paper or pencils. And it's pretty cool when people are surprised when they ask for character for their sites and I can give/sell that too. Pretty useful and neat I say. I did not get any purchase for website logo including nude character yet but if I do so, their website - depending on popularity should be remembered with the drawn character - very useful I say. Some people would find my abilities of drawing useful, so they can sell these afterwards - so this can be useful to them too.

I would think of some more but I should stick with the things I do and understand, although like I said - I'm open to new things.

Yep, I would need a partner though - wanna make some quick cash, capt'n ?
We could do some work schedule - 8-12h - drug dealing, 12-13.30 - lunch time, then 13.30-17.00 - trafficking. After 18.00 I should get at home, so I can play with my kids. If that's okay then we'd be millionaires in 3 weeks.

the first thing is to stop trying to think about getting rich and start thinking about making some decent money.

this will not get you rich but you could make very good $-
your art is good enough to do an adult comic site and you have a big plus in original content for a subscription based site.

but first you need to do these things-
make alot of adult cartoon blogs across all possible blog hosts.
you don't have alot of money so go with free blog hosts, there are plenty.
Thumblogger, Sensualwriter.com, pornblogs.com,sexusblogs.com are all free adult blogging platforms.
you can also do a pg rated one on wordpress blog host and other non-adult free blog platforms.
the idea is to get a few dozen blogs out there and submit all of them to the blog directories like this one- http://www.adultblogresource.com/submitter/index.php
there are other directories as well.
thumblogger also lets you use imageturtle.com for uploading pics on their server with no cost.

you should think about categories and sub-genres for your blogs, like one could be "super hero porn comics" and another "funny porn cartoons" etc.

so you will have some traffic from these blogs linking to your pay porn cartoon site, and you should have links and banners to other pay porn cartoon sites (like hentai sites etc) on your blogs to get extra money.

make some tgp galleries and submit them to sites like thehun.net. because your stuff is original people like the hun will probably rank you very well and you will get alot of traffic but you will have to have your tgp galleries on a server that can stand the load. you can also submit your thumbnails to the huns thumbnail section which is easier, less server load.

a tgp (thumbnail gallery post) gallery is a page which usually has between 12 to 20 pics on it with a few banner and/or text links, very easy to make using freeware software.

all of this takes time and alot of long nights of hard work, but you can generate money from this endeavor.

p.s. also you should make a twitter page and Facebook page promoting this stuff, just keep the facebook page PG rated.

about leverage or something like that
which meant you need to upscale in a way beyond your own working capacity
of ...hours a month, so make some money and then put that money to work for you
which can be in different ways as long as they work for you and are profitable

as you said yourself if you don't do that you wont become a millionaire
because as 1 designer you can have a certain capacity and then that's it
your maximum income is reached,

but if you lead your own design and website office employing people
then your potential has become bigger, if you have 40 people at your office fully booked
by clients.

Then invest in more of these offices , in this example if you grow it successfully
somewhere you will be that millionaire you want to be...

I'm not offended - and you'd be harsh if I was really complaining. There's not complaining from my side. No crying either. I'm just saying - I can do this, I can do that - I'm asking wise people to give me advice how can I set to work the things I do. And they are doing it ! :-)
Even thought that section is called" Fucking around" - they are more than helpful.
I had to write that long post in first to explain people that I just didn't stay picking my nose through the time and suddenly I'm asking for help. The luck is on the side of brave and enterprising. The rest just has to sit and watch.

Didn't read the whole thread but the post about scaling is probably the most on point. Even if you think you are at the limits of what you can accomplish in a set amount of time, you're probably wrong (no offense), there's ALWAYS a way to do something faster or automate a task or two, once you get into doing that you will easily think of better and better things to try/do/implement all the time.
