How so? Most of the mainstream stuff I've bothered to look at only pay 10-30% to affiliates. Unless you're talking about the size of the programs, in which case yeah, probably more people in mainstream than adult?

except that in mainstream you don't have 1:30,000 ratios. every visitor i get to one of my sites is worth $2 alone.

Also, why go through CJ? Go direct to the advertiser and you will get paid more (Unless CJ is that advertisers sole platform). CJ charges the advertiser 25-30%, which they must figure in when calculating publisher payouts.
