Also, OP, if you have any other domains with that contact info you might want to look at getting them fixed. Anyone can make a complaint to ICANN that you have false WHOIS info...

2) - Yahoo is entitled to up to 100,000.00 USD in statutory damages per instance
3) - Yes, its totally normal for IP attorneys to send emails like this being that the domain registrant is required to have correct and current contact information in the domain registrant information
4) - Once they file a lawsuit... which they can do at any time... then what? You have to hire an attorney and respond or risk a default judgement against you, fucking morons.

You need to contact a domain register company, speak with a professional. Get as much advice from other companies as you can. You need to hit up Yahoo and make sure the email is legit. If they sent you this warning email, by law you don't have to do anything really. It's only an email warning and they will use that against you in court for failure to comply if the email is legit. I saw you took down flickr-chicks.com already. Hope Yahoo is happy with what they got, i hope they give you some soft of exclusive Yahoo gift for the in convince they caused you over a silly simular domain name you owned.
